This was not perfect. But it was something that I rather liked as well. Far from perfect at any point in time and a lot that needs to be improved on.
The story was simple, and rather okay if you wanted something easy, fun and simple. Tilla was not annoying, neither was she difficult to understand. She happened to be a normal girl, which worked to her advantage here as compared to other works.
But a huge weakness was also how simple it was. Hence making everything seem pretty much lightweight and nothing was really delved into very very deeply. At least what will make me enjoy the other works even more.
Another was how the characters were at times forgettable. None of them truly stood out to me at all, I liked it because it didn’t make me want to tear my hair out. Rare for such a book in this genre. But none of them gained my annoyance or hatred.
Overall, something that was very much forgettable in the end.
