The Way Of All Flesh

This had not been something that I liked. It did really catch me but I felt that the rare moments where it was entertaining.

But the plot was not well developed. The characters were sometimes really intriguing but other times just reverted back to chasing the plot where ever it needed to go.

It was fascinating to know how a doctor could cover himself because few other people knew just what he was doing. And what he needed to cover. Hence few people will know that he was basically committing murder.

It was intriguing to see how they could have uncovered it. But I just felt that it seemed to cluttered. There were an endless amount of characters and only a few really mattered.

Being Dr Simpson and having children as the main thing. Because up until the last century childbirth was highly dangerous and also more a matter of luck than any actual skill. New mothers could die in childbirth easily enough. Hence making it a good plot that needed a lot to uncover.

But the execution just left me unsatisfied.
