The 50/50 Killer

For me, this just didn’t work at end of the day. It just didn’t manage to surprise me or anything of the sort.

The writing was difficult and I felt that the right thing simply didn’t happen. I didn’t know who the chosen couple was, and the investigator was not even on the case.

I really thought that it would be about them. And eventually heading to the opening of the case. It really seemed that way and it wasn’t that.

Jumping back and forth, and having no clear following through of any particular idea at all. It was really boring and messy in this regard as it didn’t manage to set up anything or a clear message of what was happening.

And then switching to who did it but not revealing him. I just didn’t like the way it was handling it as it was a confusing read, and didn’t know what it was trying to do.

Overall, the idea had been interesting but the execution had been really a letdown for me.
